Looks like rust is no longer being updated by Dependabot, so this is no longer needed. |

Closed by the ignore rule added in 0173e7d. Recording the reason for anyone reading this later: the Rust version is pinned in three places that have to move together — this image, rust-toolchain.toml, and the CI workflow. Raising the image alone would build the container on 1.98.0 while the tests run on 1.91.0. protocol-core and entros-governance-plugin also pin 1.91.0, so the version moves across repositories rather than in one Dockerfile. Digest updates to the pinned tag still arrive. |
